Essence Salon & Spa was founded on August 1, 2012. After working together for over 2 years at an upscale salon located in Tecumseh, 7 of the women working there decided to find a place to call their own after their previous salon had suddenly closed down. These amazing and strong women worked day and night in order to create a place that would make their clients as well as future clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed in. Very shortly after, they decided additions to their team would be needed to make their Salon & Spa as full service as it gets. Now we have a staff that will be able to fulfill all your hairstyling and aesthetic needs.
